Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately file, store, and retrieve physical and electronic documents.
- Develop and implement effective filing and indexing systems.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Ensure seamless document flow across various departments.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing tender documents.
- Support administrative and procurement processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
